Safety and Health
- Employees are the most valuable asset of the Company. Protecting employees is the top priority at HLS.
- Ensure that hazards arising from activities are always controlled. Accidents and occupational diseases are always prevented to the level of zero accident.
- Maintain a safe working environment by maintaining projects and services at an appropriate level of safety, creating a safe working environment;
- Comply with legal regulations and Customer requirements.
- Participate in consulting with Employees on safe working conditions and implement daily occupational safety and hygiene consulting and supervision programs.
Quality
- Our goal is customer satisfaction by maintaining high quality, on-time, and professionalism.
- Encourage Employees to take ownership of their work and communicate the importance of Customer satisfaction.
- Understand Customer expectations and deliver expectations to Customers.
Environment
- Recognize that low-level environmental activities must comply with environmental regulations.
- Establish clear objectives and periodically monitor and supervise the implementation process.
- Protect the environment by avoiding or limiting pollution of air, water, and soil.
- Each employee is responsible for his/her own Safety – Quality – Environment. Workers, Contractors, Suppliers, and Customers are responsible for meeting the Safety – Quality – Environment requirements of law, Customers, and related parties.
- The communication of this policy is a priority. We encourage everyone to directly report deviations from the policy to the Policy Enforcement Committee for investigation.
